Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: Booking can be done via phone, text or email. A walk through or photos are helpful in estimating a quote beforehand.

  • Payment: We accept cash, card, and check.

  • Pricing: Final costs may vary depending on the scope of work, size of the property, or special requests. We will provide an estimate upon booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your cleaning, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

  • Things happen! We have a one time courtesy cancellation pass. If frequent last minute cancellations occur, we will have to discontinue service.

Service Satisfaction and Complaints

  • We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will address your concerns promptly.

Liability and Insurance

  • Damage or Loss: Clean Queens takes great care in performing cleaning tasks safely. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or conditions (e.g., broken furniture, stains, or structural damage). We are fully insured for accidental damages caused during the cleaning process.

  • Property Access: For safety and security reasons, please ensure all personal valuables and items are secured or removed from areas being cleaned.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: Customers must provide access to the areas to be cleaned, including unlocking doors or providing keys as needed. If our cleaning team is unable to access the property or specific rooms, the cleaning may be incomplete, and no refund will be issued for missed areas.

  • Pets and Children: We ask that customers ensure pets are safely secured and children are kept away from areas being cleaned for their safety and the safety of our staff.

  • We are not responsible for animal messes (e.g., bathroom messes, vomit)
